My bodywork practice is rooted in attentive presence, somatic embodiment, and a deep curiosity about the body, beauty, and holistic well-being. I specialize in Esalen® Massage and The Vodder Technique of Manual Lymphatic Drainage, weaving rhythmic, intuitive touch with support for the nervous system, musculature, circulation, skincare, and lymphatic flow.
My treatment of deep tissue work follows where my clients’ bodies invite deeper focus and attention. I’m known for helping clients enter a trance-like state of calm, ease, and relief while discovering a sense of alignment within their somatic knowing.
My practice is continuing to expand into naturalistic facial and body skincare treatments, bringing the same presence-based, whole-body approach to the skin, face, and countenance. Across each offering, I work with the body and within, supporting greater ease, vitality, and connection to one’s own somatic knowing.
